Four of these products are the exact same products that I used as related in My Fibro Story(here). I added the Superzymes after learning that the roots of fibromyalgia may be in an overworked pancreas which leads to an inability to digest proteins. Proteins are needed by the body for repair. The addition of Blood Sugar Formula is to give the pancreas the extra support it needs. The Amino Acids are needed to help the body repair, the only problems that remained for me was numbness in my hands, the Amino Acids took this away the first day, and I have read from many testimonials they are one of the best supplements to help fibromyalgia. The healthy sleep formula differs slightly from the one I took but still has a majority of the main ingredients. Eventually you will not need all of these products as your body reaches a state where it has detoxed, cleared itself of yeasts, molds, bacteria, etc., and begins to rebuild the immune system to the point where your body can once again heal and defend itself properly. Only you can determine what products to keep using, everyone is different in how they heal.
The only additions I might suggest are MSM, fibromyalgia patients are deficient in MSM, Serrazimes, which is a systemic enzyme that offers additional pain and inflammation support and possibly progesterone for those in perimenopause or menopause. I take both the Systemic Enzyme Blend and the Serrazimes.
I would also stress a healthy diet, no sugar or flour to start is a must, go low carb to start to give your pancreas and adrenals a rest. Get a blood sugar test from your doctor, a glucose tolerance test is even better, also get a test for hypoglycemia. Many fibromyalgia patients suffer from hypoglycemia, at the very least they are unable to metabolize sugar properly. Pay attention to what you eat, you will notice that sugars and carbs will give you a flare the next day.
Exercise is also a must. Swimming, rebounding, or yoga is best for fibro but a walk a day is a good way to start even it if only five minutes a day in the fresh air.
